• Orders are processed within 7-8 business days. Custom orders may take longer to process.

• We accept G-pay, Paytm, Debit card, Net-banking.

• All payments are securely processed through our QR codes and bank details.

Sales Tax:

• No GST or tax on your purchase! Transportation cost will be applied as per the location and mode of transportation.

Refund Policy

At Trendingle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

• Contact our customer service team at therafactor@gmail.com  to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

• We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

• Pack the item securely and include the return authorization slip.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 6-7 days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

• We mainly select India post( Normal/ Speed) or Private courier services, this will be decided personally while processing your order.
